Rachel played outside hitter for the University of Calgary Dinos from 2015-2020, competing in the Canada West Championship 2017/2018 (Gold medalist), the Canada West Championship 2018/2019 (Silver medalist), and 3 USports Women’s Volleyball National Championships (2017-2020). Rachel graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology specializing in Mind Sciences. She was a five-time recipient of the Academic All Canadian Award for outstanding performance both in the classroom and on the court. Physically, Rachel has been one of the fastest, strongest and most powerful players on her University team due to her hard work and commitment in the weight room. She currently holds the team record for both the fastest T-test and fastest 20m sprint on the U of C women’s volleyball team.
Rachel is extremely passionate about health and fitness and quickly develops strong positive connections with everyone she works with. She believes that small tweaks in the weight room = big changes on the court. While working with Rachel, clients can expect to receive lots of technical and motivating feedback.
Rachel is available for both on-court and strength and conditioning sessions and works with players of all skill levels and ages.
