Service Description
Maximize your vertical jump through sport-specific, evidence-based training. Increase your power production and reach new heights with strength training, plyometrics and on-court volleyball sessions. To ensure an advanced training experience, we accept only 16 highly motivated athletes who are dedicated to achieving long-term results. Program begins with vertical jump testing (force plate/vertec). Mondays (July 29th - Aug 12th) Strength 4:30-5:30pm On Court 5:30-6:30pm Wednesdays (July 31st - Aug 14th) Strength 4:30-5:30pm On Court 5:30-6:30pm ** If you would like to book for all 3 months of this program please go to our FULL summer option. When you book for the Full summer you will save XXXX on the total price. ***Program will not be prorated **
