Working 1-on-1 with your own personal strength and conditioning coach ensures that you get the individual attention that you need to maximize your game. Every aspect of your training is catered to you; this is no stock program design. Your program is built from scratch based on your goals, experience, injury history, and season long periodization to maximize every second of your training. Every movement is critiqued and adjusted to ensure the greatest possible results; after all, it’s a game of inches.

Online training.

Looking for an exercise program tailored to your specific goals & training history that you can perform on your own?  We offer online programming through an easy to access app, with access to human performance tracking and online coaching support through video & messaging.  Contact us to sign-up.


Small group training.

Grab a couple teammates or friends and get ready to work.  Small group training offers you individual attention in the context of a motivating group environment. Programming is designed based on the needs and experience of the collective group and periodized towards a common goal. 

($100/session for 2-6 participants)

Team training.

Bring your team.  Young Fitness provides periodized team training to ensure your athletes are peaking for competition.  Our programming is geared towards the demands of volleyball, specifically targeting vertical jump, agility, development of fundamental movement patterns, and injury prevention.
