Service Description
Maximize your vertical jump through sport-specific, evidence-based training. Increase your power production and reach new heights with strength training, plyometrics and on-court volleyball sessions. To ensure an advanced training experience, we accept only 16 highly motivated athletes who are dedicated to achieving long-term results. Program begins with vertical jump testing (force plate/vertec). Mondays (June 3rd - Aug 12th) On Court 4:30-5:30pm Strength 5:30-6:30pm Wednesdays (June 5th - Aug 14th) On Court 4:30-5:30pm Strength 5:30-6:30pm ***Program will not be prorated **
