Small group training.
The perfect mix of individual attention and fun with friends at a great price. Grab your spouse, partner, friends, co-workers or teammates and get ready to work! A group setting promotes achievement of results as participants encourage and hold each other accountable. Programming is designed based on the goals and experience of the collective group and your trainer will be there to guide you every step of the way.
($100/session for 2-6 participants)
Noon group drop-in.
Get your sweat-on over your lunch break! We offer a group strength and conditioning class every Tuesday and Thursday at 12 - 12:45. Get your body to perform as good as it looks through a mixture of strength training and high intensity intervals. Our format allows the program to be modified to fit your unique training goals.
